摘  要:利用在商用原子力显微镜基础上自行建立的压电响应力显微术(PFM)和低频扫描探针声学显微术(LF-SPAM)系统地开展了PMN-PT弛豫铁电单晶铁电畴结构的高分辨率成像研究。成功地观察到了准同型相界附近不同组成的PMN-PT弛豫铁电单晶精细的纳米铁电畴构型。首次获得了内应力诱导的"W"形状电畴结构的低频扫描探针声学像及其声成像频率特性,揭示了铁电畴的声成像机制源于不同极化取向铁电畴与探针互作用的接触刚性。Piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM) and low frequency-scanning probe acoustic microscopy (LF-SPAM) were successfully set-up on the commercial atomic force microscope for imaging ferroelectric domains of PMN-PT single crystal. Fine ferroelectric nanodomains configurations of PMN-PT single crystal with the compositions near morphotropic phase boundary were investigated by PFM. " W"-like domain structures were firstly observed by LF-SPAM, and were ascribed to the internal stress due to the zero-field cooling process. The acoustic imaging mechanism was also discussed in terms of the local contact stiffness between the tip and ferroelectric domains with different polarization orientation.
