摘  要:采用柠檬酸络合法制备了La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ,通过TG-DSC、SEM和XRD对产物进行表征。研究了各因素对其制备的影响,并对其合成机理作了分析。结果表明,平均晶粒尺寸随着柠檬酸量的增加而逐渐减小;pH值对La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ主晶相的生成没有影响,但影响凝胶过程中的胶体状态和La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ相的平均晶粒尺寸;80℃左右是较好的成胶温度;水是较好的溶剂,没有杂相产生。La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ compounds were prepared by citric acid complex method, and the products were characterized by TG-DSC, SEM and XRD. Several important influencing factors were studied systematically, and the reaction mechanism was analyzed preliminarily. The experimental results show that the average grain sizes of La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ decrease as the citric acid molar ratio gradually increasing. pH value can not influence the forming of main crystal phase of La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ , but influence the gel state of forming gel process and the average grain sizes of La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ phase . About 80 ℃ is the best gel forming temperature. Water is the best solvent which can not generate the impurities.
