摘  要:以硼氢化钠和氧氯化锆为原料,采用水热合成工艺,制备出片状纳米氧化锆。研究了水热介质和水热反应时间对晶体形貌的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了晶型分析和形貌表征。结果表明:以90%乙醇为水热介质时,可获得球形纳米ZrO2,其粒径为10nm左右;以水为水热介质,分别以聚乙二醇和聚乙烯醇为表面活性剂,可以获得分散性良好的球形纳米ZrO2;以0.5mol/L的碳酸钠水溶液为水热介质,可得片状纳米ZrO2,其厚度为20nm左右,宽为500nm左右。Nano-ZrO2 was synthesized by materials. The effects of hydrothermal hydrothermal method using NaBH4 and ZrOC12 . 8H2O as raw medium and reaction time on morphology of ZrO2 were investigated. The microstructure and crystal form were studied by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that nano-ZrO2 particles were spherical and the average diameter was 10 nm using 90% ethanol as hydrothermal medium, the spherical nano-ZrO2 particles with well dispersation were prepared using H2O as medium, polyethylene glycol(PEG) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as surfactant. The flake nano-ZrO2 particals, of which the thickness was 20 rim, and the width was 500 nm, were determined with 0.5 mol/ L Na2CO3 solution as hydrothermal medium.
