摘 要:本文以NaOH溶液作矿化剂,采用水热法生长出硅酸铋(Bi12SiO20,简称BSO)单晶,研究了SiO2含量对BSO结晶性能和形貌的影响。结果表明:当在矿化剂溶液中外加的SiO2量增加时,晶体的形貌发生了较大变化。通过对生长的晶体进行物相和化学成分分析,发现生长的晶体均为同一物相,外加SiO2对BSO晶体的化学成分含量几乎无影响。采用负离子配位多面体的观点,提出晶体的生长基元为[Bi12SiO44]n,并研究了不同生长条件下晶体中各族晶面显露的规律。Bismuth silicate (Bi12 SiO20, BSO) single crystals were grown by hydrothermal method using NaOH solution as mineralizer. The influence of SiO2 doped content in mineralizer solution on crystallization habit and morphology were investigated. As the concentration of SiO2 increasing, the morphology of BSO changed very much. Through XRD and chemical composition contents analysis of BSO powders, it shows that the as-grown BSO crystals have the same phase and chemical composition contents. The facets of BSO crystals grown by different technologies were investigated by the opinion of anion coordinative polyhedra and [ Bi12SiO44 ] n was put forward as the growth unit of BSO crystal.
