摘  要:采用改进的Bridgman法生长出25mm×70mm的AgGaS2单晶,并对样品进行了退火处理。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)测试,证实利用该方法制备的单晶确为AgGaS2;利用红外分光光度计检测,晶体0.5~12μm波段透过率在60%以上(未镀膜),表明晶体品质良好。另外,还加工出两块不同角度5mm×5mm×5mm倍频元件,在2.79μmEr,Cr∶YSGG和9.6μmCO2激光器上实现了倍频光输出。AgGaS2 crystal with diameter of 25 mm and length of 70 mm was grown by modified Bridgman method, and then post heat treatment was carried out under certain conditions. X-ray power diffraction (XRD) reveal that the as grown product was AgGaS2, optical transmittance spectra present the crystal has high transition in the range of 0.5-12 μm with the value above 60%. Also, two pieces of crystal elements with the dimension 5 mm ×5 mm ×5 mm were prepared for type I frequency doubling (2.79 μm Er, Cr: YSGG and 9.6 μm CO2 lasers), both of them got the correlated output wavelength successfully.
