摘 要:本文采用离子色谱法对不同合成和晶体生长阶段的DKDP溶液中多磷酸根离子含量进行了详细测定,进而总结出合成和晶体生长过程中多磷酸根离子的浓度变化规律,并从化学热力学和动力学的角度进行了分析,提出了有效降低生长溶液中多磷酸根离子浓度的措施,为生长高质量DKDP晶体创造了条件。The concentration of polyphosphate ion in DKDP solution at different synthesis and crystal growth stage has been measured in detail by ion chromatography. So the variation regularity of polyphosphate ion concentration in DKDP solution of synthesis and crystal growth has been obtained. The results were analyzed from the view of thermodynamics and kinetics, and a measure that could effectively reduce the concentration of polyphosphate ion in growth solution of DKDP crystal has been put aterward. It is beneficial to growth of high quality DKDP crystal.
