摘　　要：以高校图书馆实际出现的案例为研究对象,通过分析其产生原因,指出图书馆服务工作中存在的读者责任意识缺失行为,就读者责任意识问题与高校图书馆教育提出建议与对策。This paper points out the behaviors originating from the readers＇ irresponsibility in the libraries of colleges and universities and puts forward the corresponding suggestions and the countermeasures by demonstrating the cases and analyzing the causes of them.
