摘　　要：本文简述了物流节点的功能及作用,通过分析铁路货运站与现代物流节点的关系及差异,对铁路货运站向现代物流节点转化的可行性、优势条件、转化模式及原则进行了阐述。This paper describes the function and effect of logistics nodes, through the analysis of railway station and modern logistics nodes on the relationship and difference of railway station, to modern logistics nodes into the feasibility and advantages, the mode and principle were expounded.
