摘　　要：大学生就业已成为当前社会关注的一个主要问题,各高校也有针对性的对在校生及毕业生进行相关引导,以使其在面对就业问题时能从容面对,更好的实现自我价值。当前大学生就业误区是社会大环境造成的,尤其历史性、社会性、政策性等方面的原因,高校应审时度势的调整就业辅导,培养学生良好的就业观,提高其创业能力。College students face fierce competition at graduation which has been an important issue attracting attention of the whole society. Students get confused when they looking for a job. It is an outcome involved in many factors, such as history, society and policy. Colleges started career guidance classes to the senior students in order to improve their capabilities. However, colleges need to adjust the curriculum according to economic development.
