摘  要:目的:从川明参中分离出香豆素类化合物,并以该成分为考察指标,确定川明参中香豆素的最佳提取条件。方法:采用硅胶和反相硅胶分离纯化,用正交实验法确定香豆素的最佳提取条件。结果:分离得到8个化合物,其中有3个化合物为香豆素类成分,分别鉴定为:5-异戊烯基-8-甲氧基补骨脂素,8-羟基-5-甲氧基补骨脂素,补骨脂内酯,其中补骨脂内酯为首次从该植物中分离得到;确定了川明参中香豆素的最佳提取条件为:30倍量甲醇回流提取川明参药材2次,每次1小时。结论:该实验为进一步开发川明参提供了依据。Objective:To isolate coumarins compounds from Chuanminshen violaceum, and choose optimal extraction process of coumarins compounds from Chuanminshen violaceum. Method:The compounds were isolated by silicone and RP-C18 silicone. The optimal extraction of coumarins compounds were conducted by L9(34) orthogonal experiment method. Result:Eight compounds were isolated and three coumarins were identified as: 5-isopenlenyl-8-methoxypsoralen, 8-hydroxy-5methoxypsoralen and psoralenlactone. Psoralenlactone was isolated from this plant for the first time. The optimal extraction process of coumarins compounds was adding 30 times of methanol to Chuanminshen violaceum medicinal substances and extracting for 1 h, and 2 times in all. Conclusion : The research results have laid experimental foundations for the further study of Chuanminshen violaceum.
