摘 要:目的:制备辛芷鼻用喷雾剂。方法:应用正交设计法,以辛夷挥发油收率、欧前胡素含量,干膏率为指标,考察辛夷挥发油的最佳提取工艺和白芷有效成分的最佳提取方法及最佳工艺。然后采用大孔吸附树脂对白芷提取液进行纯化,最后加增溶剂及防腐剂并调PH,滤过后灌装即可。结果:辛夷的最佳提取工艺为:加12倍量水,浸泡2小时,蒸馏8小时;白芷的最佳提取方法为渗漉法,其最佳提取工艺为:80%乙醇0.3mL·min-1提取,收集8倍量渗漉液。采用聚山梨酯-80作为增溶剂,山梨酸作为防腐剂。结论:辛芷鼻用喷雾剂的制备工艺科学、合理。Objective:To study the preparation of Xinzhi nasal spray. Method:With the yield of Blond magnolia flower aetherolea, the content of imperatorin in Angelica Dahurica and dry extract yield as evaluation indicators, orthogonal design was used to select the best extraction process for Blond magnolia flower aetherolea and effective constituent in Angelica Dahurica. Then Angelica Dahurica extract was purified with macroporous adsorptive resins. After solubilizer and antiseptic were added and pH was regulated, the extraction was filtered and collected. Result:The best extraction condition for Blond magnolia flower was soaking the medical material with 12 times water for 2 h, and distilling for 8 h. The optimum extraction technology for Angelica Dahurica was percolation. The process was percolated with 80% alcohol, at the rate of 0. 3 mL ·min^-1 , and collected 8 times percolating liquid. And the best solubilizer and antiseptic were polysorbate-80 and sorbic acid. Conclusion: Preparation of Xinzhi nasal spray is scientific and reasonable.
