摘　　要：正如邓小平同志所说的那样,金融是经济的基础,只有把金融搞好了,搞活了,经济上才能取得更长足的进步。然而如何加快金融发展,如何更好的实践经济理论,让其与现有条件相统一等这一切都成为摆在我们面前的难题。Just as Comrade Deng Xiaoping said,finance is the basis of economy,only well and active finance could revitalize the economy and more significant progresses can be achieved. How to speed up financial development？ How to practice better economic theory and bring it into accord with the existing conditions？ Etc. All these have become the problem before us.
