摘　　要：论文介绍建立质量信息管理系统的基本原则和质量管理信息系统开发的关键技术,分析质量管理信息系统常见开发方法的特点,并对系统实施与测试进行探讨。This paper introduces the establishment of the basic principles of the quality information management systems and quality management information system development key technologies. It analyzes the development methods common characteristics of quality management information system,and the system implementation and testing are discussed.
