摘　　要：本文介绍了物流管理的重要性,物流管理采用的方法、技术。采用ERP总体方案进行规划管理,物资供应系统实施策略与步骤,库存管理、采购管理、高级供应链实施内容和效果。This paper introduces the importance of logistics management,logistics management methodology and technology. We adopt ERP program with the overall planning and management,material supply system implementation strategy and procedures,inventory management,purchasing management,advanced supply chain to implement the content and effect.
