摘　　要：图书馆社会价值评估是社会文化价值取向的需求,在建立图书馆社会价值评估指标体系时必须坚持估计原则、近似原则、独立性原则、发展性原则、时段性原则、替代原则、可操作性原则、定量定性相结合原则。对各指标的评估依照经济标准、效率标准、效果标准、质量标准。The assessment of social value of libraries is the need of cultural values of society. when establish libraries evaluation system social values,we must adhere to the principle of estimation,approximation principle,the principle of independence,the development of principles,the principle of time,alternative principles,operational principle of combining quantitative and qualitative principles. The assessment of various indicators should in accordance with economic criteria,efficiency standards,performance criteria and quality standards.
