摘 要:随着石油污染的日益严重,石油污染物的生物降解研究正受到广泛关注.在实验室搭建的小试反应装置中,安放优选的填料,以活性污泥为微生物菌种来源,利用添加柴油的海水驯化高效石油降解菌.通过紫外分光光度法并结合固相萃取和GC-MS对驯化前后水样中的柴油浓度及组分变化进行了分析.结果发现,两平行反应器中的柴油降解率分别达到98.3%和98.8%,柴油中大部分组分均得到了不同程度的降解.With the growing of oil pollution,biodegradation of pollutants is being attracted widespread attention.Filling with optimized fill-material and microbial strains from activated sludge,a small homemade reactor was built.The seawater mixed with diesel oil was used as inducer,and then some highly efficient degradation bacteria on diesel oil were obtained.The degradation rate and component of diesel oil in the reactor were analyzed by UV spectrophotometer combined with solid-phase extraction and GC-MS.Results showed that the degradation rate of diesel oil was 98.3% and 98.8% in the two parallel reactors,respectively,and most components of diesel oil were degraded.
