摘　　要：目的通过应用微型钛板侧方固定治疗中节指骨骨折,探讨其临床效果。方法 2008年3月至2010年3月对6例6处中节指骨骨折的患者,采用微型钛板侧方固定治疗,术后随访6～12个月,平均9个月,通过骨折愈合和手指功能等情况来观察治疗效果。结果 6例均于术后6～12个月达骨性愈合,无畸形愈合。按TAM法进行功能评定:优4例,良2例。结论采用微型钛板侧方固定治疗手指中节指骨骨折,可以明显减少术后伸指肌腱的粘连和磨损,手指功能恢复较好,是一种可靠有效的方法。Objective Through the application of mini titanium plate fixation for the treatment of middle phalanx fractures,and its clinical effect.Methods March 2008-2010 years in March on six cases of six patients of middle phalanx fractures using mini titanium plate-lateral fixation,were followed up for 6～12 months,average 9 months,through the fracture healing and functional results,etc.to observe the therapeutic effect.Results 6 cases were reached in 6～12 months after bone healing and no malunion.Functional evaluation method according to TAM：excellent in 4 cases,good in 2 cases.Conclusion Mini titanium plate fixation for the treatment of middle phalanx fractures,can significantly reduce postoperative extensor tendon adhesion and wear,good finger function is a reliable and effective method.
