有机磷农药中毒并发中毒性心肌损害患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者的心肌损害与死亡的关系。方法回顾性研究重庆市渝北区人民医院在门、急诊就诊并收入住院的156例连续的、中毒时间在24h内的AOPP患者,常规接诊患者后即作心电图、心肌酶谱、心脏彩超等并记录,以判断中毒性后心肌损害及致死原因。对比分析生存组与死亡组的一般资料、血压、心肌酶谱、心脏彩超及心电图等有关病历资料。结果死亡组与心肌损害有关的参数与生存组相比有显著性差别。结论心肌损害是AOPP的主要死亡原因之一。Objective To study the relationship between the myocardial injury and death of the AOPP patients.Methods Analyzed 156 AOPP patients from Yubei district people＇s hospital,whose poisoning time within 24 hours.Electrocardiogram,myocardial enzymes and heart color ultrasound examination were done to these patients,in order to research the myocardial injury and death reasons.Analyzed the general information,blood pressure,electrocardiogram,myocardial enzymes and heart color ultrasound results of the death group and survival group.Results There were significant differences between the death group and survival group on the examination results,which was related to the myocardial injury.Conclusions The myocardial injury was the major death reason of the AOPP patients.
