中国荷斯坦牛κ-酪蛋白基因多态性与产奶量的相关分析

摘　　要：本文利用ＰＣＲＲＦＬＰＳ方法对２６头中国荷斯坦牛κ酪蛋白基因进行分析，用ＨｉｎｄⅢ和ＰｓｔⅠ酶切发现了多态性。分析κ酪蛋白基因型与奶产量间的关系，第１胎ＢＢ基因型高于ＡＡ基因型，第２胎及总胎次ＡＡ基因型高于ＢＢ基因型。Using PCR RFLPs to determine the genotype of bovine κ casein,a Hind Ⅲ and Pst Ⅰ marker were obtained. Analysing the relationship between genotype of bovine κ casein and the milk yield,the milk yield of individual with BB genotype is higher than that of AA individual for the first parturition,but for the second parturition and all parturitions the result is reverse.
