摘  要:带标记的光-温敏核不育系在制种后对其F_1能籍标记性状在苗期检出假杂种,减少在生产应用中的风险。本研究采用中国水稻研究所保存的一份带紫叶标记的籼型紫叶稻(CN-pl)和湖北省农科院粮作所育成的温敏核不育系W6154S杂交,在F_2代选择紫叶稻回交一次后,以系谱法逐代选择而育成了带紫叶标记的光-温敏核不育系-中紫S_0在杭州(30.050N)的自然条件下中紫S具有延续25天的不育期,在人工气候箱控制条件下,中紫S在30.1℃的高温下,不同的光照长度处理基本上表现完全不育,自交结实率的方差分析结果表明,中紫S的光长效应不显著,温度效应和光温互作效应分别达到显著和极显著水准,属光温互作型雄性核不育系,经用籼型、粳型及籼粳中间型三类合计15个品种(系)作父本与中紫S杂交,对杂种一代的杂种优势结果分析表明,中紫S具有较强的配合力。Photo-thermo sensitive genie male sterile indica rice(PGMR) with leaf color marker is more advantageous than those without marker in hybrid seed production by two-lines method when abnormal summer low temperature occurs. An indica PGMR rice, Zhongzi S with purple-leaf marker was developed by incorporating a recessive gene controlling purple leaf into a ther-moperiod sensitive genie male sterile (TGMR) indica rice W6154S by backcrossing. It was shown that under natural condition of Hangzhou (30°05'N), Zhongzi S was completely male sterile for over 25 days in summer. Further study of Zhongzi S in phytotrons with 3 photoperiods (P)×3 temperture (T) treatmemts showed that under high temperature (30. 1 ℃ ) Zhongzi S had complete or high male sterility with all photoperiods (15. 0 h, 14. 0 h and 12. 5 h). Variance analysis of the seed setting of Zhongzi S indicated that its photoperiod (P) effect is not significant, but its temperature (T) and PXT effect is significant. F1 hybrids of Zhongzi S with 15 va- rieties of 3 types of indica, japonica and intermedicate showed that Zhongzi S has good combining ability.
