摘 要:采用5因素5水平的正交试验设计,砂培,研究了营养液中不同含量的N,P,K,Ca,Mg及其组合对脐橙苗株矿质养分吸收的影响.结果表明:植株体内的矿质元素水平主要取决于对同种元素的处理,随处理含量的增高而增加,各相关系数均达极显著水平.但叶中矿质元素含量还受其他多种矿质元素处理水平的综合影响.DRIS诊断分析表明:各处理组合中,植株对元素吸收受限制最小的是K,其次为P;对Ca的吸收受限制最大。This experiment adopts the method of sand cultivation which is designed through the orthogonal treatment of five factors and five levels.It aims at studying the effect of the concentration of N,P,K,Ca and Mg in nutrient solution and their combination on naval orange seedlings absorption of nutrients.The result shows that the level of mineral element in a plant is determined by the contents of element in the solution.When the concentration level of solution rises,the contents of the element in a plant rise accordingly,and the coefficients involved change significantly.But the contents of a mineral element in leaves are also affected by the treatment of other mineral elements.DRIS indicates that,in the treatment ,K is the least restricted when being absorbed.The restriction increases when P,Zn and Cu are absorbed.While Ca is the most restricted in absorption.
