摘　　要：细胞因子在人体内含量极少,但生物活性极高,具有很多重要的生物学效应和生理功能。它们与皮肤细胞的生长、分裂、分化、增殖和迁移有关,可以有效地与皮肤细胞发生作用,发挥突出的美容护肤功效。本文介绍了EGF(表皮生长因子)、aFGF(酸性成纤维细胞生长因子)、bFGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)、KGF(角质细胞生长因子)、VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)等细胞因子的生物学特性及各自在美容化妆品中的应用。The content of cell growth factor is very little in body, but their biological activity is very high. The growth , differentiation, proliferation and transference of skin cells are related to many kinds of cell growth factors. And they play key roles in the supply of nutritive substances to the skin, slowing of skin ageing and accelerating repairing to damaged skin. This paper indicated the characteristics of EGF （epidermal growth factor）, aFGF （acidic fibroblast growth factor）, bFGF（basic fibroblast growth factor）,KGF（keratinocyte growth factor）and VEGF（vascular endothelial growth factor）especially its roles in the cosmetics respectively.
