摘　　要：国产ＬＣ２０２４斜交轮胎胶囊反包成型机主要由主机箱、正反包装置、左侧机组、帘布筒扩张器、后压辊、下压辊和电气控制部分组成，可成型胎圈直径为５０８～６１０ｍｍ的斜交载重、工业车辆和农业轮胎，成型鼓转速为２０～２４０ｒ·ｍｉｎ－１。工艺操作从进入正反包装置起，自动进行正包、扣圈和反包作业，全自动操作时间约为６０ｓ。LC2024 bladder turn up bias tire building machine consists of main machine box,turn down device,turn up device,left machine assembly,band expander,back stitcher,bottom stitcher and electric control device.It is suitable for building bias truck tires,industrial tires and agricultural tires with the bead diameter from 508 mm to 610 mm at the drum speed of 20～240 r·min -1 .The turn down,bead locating and turn up operations are carried out automatically in 60 s.
