摘 要:以固相法制备的单一晶相、粒径细小且发光性能优越的NaYF4:Er3+,Yb3+上转换发光材料为原料,制备出了红外激光探测卡。并对粘结剂、稀释剂加入量对探测卡性能的影响进行了研究。当粘结剂、粉体和稀释剂质量比为2:8:1时,得到的红外激光探测卡的性能最佳。NaYF4:Er3+,Yb3+up-conversion luminescent materials with single-crystal phase,small particle sizes and excellent luminescent properties were synthesized by solid-state reaction method.And with NaYF4:Er3+,Yb3+ up-conversion luminescent materials as raw materials,the infrared laser detection cards were prepared.Effects of the binders and the amount of diluents on the properties of infrared laser detection cards were studied.The results indicated that the infrared laser detection cards had best performances when the mass ratio of binders,powders and diluents was 2:8:1.
