摘 要:以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵/正丁醇/正辛烷/水微乳体系制备出KMgF3,KMgF3:Eu和KMgF3:Ce纳米微粒。对样品进行了IR测试,观察其杂质情况;运用XRD确认了制备所得样品为KMgF3立方晶系,由谢乐(Debye-Sche-rrer)公式d=0.89/Bcos计算颗粒平均尺寸约为20nm^25nm;制备所得的KMgF3:Eu2+纳米粒子的尖峰发射位于360nm,而KMgF3:Eu2+纳米粒子宽带激发峰最大值位于250nm,与体相的多晶粉末和单晶相比分别蓝移了62nm和80nm;对纳米KMgF3:Ce的光谱性质进行了讨论,KMgF3:Ce纳米粒子的发射带最大峰值位于330nm,激发带最大峰值位于260nm附近。Nanoparticles of KMgF3,KMgF3:Eu and KMgF3:Ce were prepared from the quaternary microemulsions of CTAB,n-butanol,n-octane and water based on the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams.IR showed the impurities in the samples.The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns were indexed to a pure KMgF3 cubic phase.The average sizes of nanoparticles calculated by the Debye-Scherrer equation were about 20-25 nm.The emission of KMgF3:Eu2+ nanoparticles peaked at 360 nm.The excitation band was observed at 250 nm blue shifted separately about 62 nm and 80 nm comparing with KMgF3:Eu2+ multicrystal powders and single crystal.Fluorescence properties of KMgF3:Ce and other Re-doped fluorides nanoparticles were discussed.The emission band of KMgF3:Ce nanoparticles peaked at 330 nm,the excitation band was observed at about 260 nm.
