摘　　要：目的了解轮状病毒感染及其肠道外损害的状况,指导临床治疗。方法对我院2005年—2009年收住的152例轮状病毒感染患儿各系统损害的临床表现、实验室检验结果进行统计。结果单纯轮状病毒肠道感染18例(11.8%),年龄约在2岁～5岁之间;轮状病毒肠道外损伤134例(88.2%),年龄约在6个月～2岁之间,主要包括呼吸系统和循环系统受累。结论轮状病毒感染肠道外损害具有普遍性,以呼吸系统和循环系统最为常见,年龄在6个月～2岁之间肠道外损害居多。Objective To understand the rotavirus infection and damage outside intestinal tract and to guide clinical treatment.Methods The clinical manifestations of damage to various systems,laboratory test results of 152 cases of rotavirus infection in children From 2005-2009 were statistical analyzed.Results There were 18 cases of intestinal infection rotavirus alone（11.8%）,age about 2~5 years old and 134 cases of outside intestinal tract（88.2%）,age about 6 months-2 years old,including respiratory and circulatory involvement.Conclusion Rotavirus outside intestinal tract damage to respiratory and circulatory system is most common.And the predilection age is 6 months-2 years old.
