摘 要:建立了聚乙烯悬浮接枝苯乙烯的转化率测定方法,测定了该体系反应过程的转化率,反应速率及接枝率,得到了反应动力学曲线,为扩大试验提供了设计依据,对接枝聚合工艺的合理性进行了评价。It is important to collect the data of polymerization kinetics for the design of reactor. But it is difficult to determine the conversion ratio of suspension polymerization. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the method analyzing conversion ratio of suspension graft polymerization of styrene onto LDPE, and to study its kinetics. The graft polymerization of styrene onto LDPE dispersed in water with benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as initiator was studied. A method of determination of conversion ratio for suspension graft polymerization by using of extraction and titration of saturability was established. The graft ratio was analyzed by FT IR. The conversion curve and graft ratio cruve of polymerization were obtained. The kinetic curve of this system indicated the position of reaction rate peak. It was found that the graft ratio increased rapidly first and then leveled off.
