摘 要:系统地研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)固相接枝聚丙烯(PP)的反应工艺,探讨了反应温度、引发剂浓度、单体浓度、反应时间和PP粒径等因素对接枝反应的影响关系。采用红外光谱表征了PPgGMA,并用WAXD、TGA等研究了接枝物的结晶性能和热性能。结果表明,在BPO引发下,于100~140℃范围内,GMA和PP可进行固相接枝反应,接枝率最高可达6%。接枝物阻碍了PPβ晶型的生成,并提高了热稳定性。The solid phasc grafting technology for glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) onto polypropylene(PP) was studied in detail, and the influences of different factors, such as reaction temperature, concentration of monomer, concentration of initiator, reaction time and mesh size of PP, on grafting reaction were also investigated. PP g GMA was characterized with FT IR, its crystalline and thermal properties were studied by WAXD and TGA. The results show that in the initiation of BPO, the solid phase grafting reaction of GMA onto PP can be carried out at temperature from 100 to 140 ℃. The maxium degree of grafting archieved is about 6%. Reduced β crystalgrowig of PP and improved thermal stability were observed for graft copolymer.
