摘 要:共聚甲醛大分子链含有对热不稳定的半缩醛端基,必须经热碱后处理使之稳定,因而产物损失较大。为此研究了在三聚甲醛与环氧乙烷或三聚甲醛与二氧五环熔融共聚体系中,通过封端剂甲缩醛或二乙氧基甲烷的使用,对热碱稳定的共聚甲醛的收率提高了3%左右。比较两种共单体,发现用环氧乙烷作共单体并在封端剂存在下,更有利于得到高的热碱稳定产物的收率。The end groups of actal copolymer(POM) were the thermally unstable hemiacetal groups which degraded at high temperature by a zip reaction until the CH 2CH 2O units were reached. The unstable part usually contained to about 10%. In this paper, methylal and diethoxymethane were used as end capping agents to improve the thermal stability of the product in molten copolymerization of trioxane(TOX) with ethylene oxide(EO) or with dioxolane(DOL). The yield of thermostable POM can be increased about 3%. The results also show that EO is better to be used as comonomer than DOL in order to get higher yield of thermostable POM.
