摘 要:生态城市是城市实现可持续发展的必然模式,而生态城市评价是生态城市建设过程中必不可少的环节,是衡量生态城市规划、建设、管理成效的定量依据。以合肥市为例,在基于熵权法求权重的客观性基础上,将属性识别模型应用于合肥市2003—2007年的生态城市建设评价。结果显示:2003-2007年间,合肥市生态城市建设等级皆属L3级,即城市生态化达到生态城市标准尚有一定的距离,城市复合系统的结构功能还需进一步优化协调。属性识别综合得分排序2.0134〈2.2025〈2.4250〈2.4862〈2.7115表明,2003-2007年间,合肥市城市生态化程度有一定的提高,特别是政府推出正式的生态城市建设计划和措施以后,生态城市建设有明显的进步,正在向积极的方向发展。首次对合肥市生态城市建设进行评价,也是首次将属性识别模型应用于生态城市评价,为我国生态城市评价提供新的研究方法和案例支持。Eco-city is the inevitable model for sustainable development of cities. Evaluation of eco-city is an essential link in the process of eco-city construction and a quantitative basis to measure eco-city planning, construction and management effectiveness. This paper used attribute recognition model on evaluation of Hefei eco-city construction evaluation based on coefficient of entropy. The results showed that Hefei city was at L3 level, which still has distance to achieve to the lowest standard of eco-city and the structure and function of urban complex system still need to be optimized and coordinated, from year 2003 to 2007. Attribute recognition overall score sort 2.0134〈2.2025〈2.4250〈2.4862 〈2.7115 showed that the city eco-composite system had a certain degree of improvement especially the construction of eco-city had marked improvement after the government introduced the official launch of eco-eity construction plans and measures and the Hefei eeo-city construction is developing actively. The research made the first evaluation of Hefei ecocity construction and used attribute recognition model on evaluation of eco-city firstly so that applies a new method for evaluation of eco-city and case research.
