摘　　要：针对新桥选煤厂原设计直接浮选工艺中浮选效果差等问题，对其浮选系统进行了优化改造，获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant have optimized and transformed the flotation system according to the problem of poor flotation effects in direct flotation process, through the transformation, good economic and social benefits were obtained.
