摘　　要：本文在简要介绍了TD-LTE技术和TD-LTE产业链的发展现状的基础上,重点阐述了世博园区TD-LTE网络的建设情况以及园区内展示的TD-LTE视频通信业务应用。本文从业务特点、业务实现机制和业务应用前景等方面着重剖析了即摄即传、移动高清视频监控、移动高清会议和移动高清视频点播4项TD-LTE视频通信业务,指出高清视频类业务将是最能体现TD-LTE技术高带宽、低时延和移动性特点的特色应用。First of all, this paper briefly introduces the TD-LTE technology and the development of TD-LTE industry chain. Then the current construction situation of the TD-LTE network in the Expo site and the video services over TD- LTE applied in Shanghai Expo will be discussed in detail. Four TD-LTE video application, including Shoot Transfer, Mobile high-definition video surveillance, Mobile high-definition video conferences and Mobile high- definition video-on-demand will be deeply analyzed in the aspect of characteristics, implementation mechanism and business prospects. This paper proposes that the applications about high-definition video can fully reflect TD- LTE’s characteristics with high bandwidth, low latency and mobility.
