摘　　要：文章以鞍钢直流牵引监控系统为例,详细的介绍了西门子S7-200PLC自由口通讯的模式和通讯程序的实现,分析了自由口模式下通信协议中发送和接收数据的格式以及S7-200程序设计的流程图,并简要介绍了上位机端监控程序的实现,给出了运行结果。实践证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,具有很高的应用和推广价值。This paper takes AnShan Steel direct-current draught supervision system for example,detailed introduce the communication mode of S7-200 based free-port and the implementation of S7200 communication program,analyze the sending and receiving format of the communication protocol and flow chart of s7-200.And briefly introduce the implementation of the supervision program and the according result.The experiment result prove the system is steady-going and reliable,having great application and promotion value.
