摘　　要：目的:运用紫外分光光度法快速对不同厂家的替硝唑片进行含量测定。方法:用蒸馏水作空白,在317nm波长处用紫外分光光度计测定吸收度。结果:替硝唑标准品溶液在10～30μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994(n=8)。平均回收率为99.70%,RSD=0.89%(n=9)。结论:本方法具有快捷、简便、精确及灵敏度好等优点,可快速进行含量测定。Objective：Tinidazole tablets＇ from different manufacturers were determined rapidly by the ultraviolet （UV） spectrophotometry.Methods：Absorbance in the wavelength of 317 nm was measured by UV spectrophotometer and the blank solution was distilled water.Results：Tinidazole standard solution had a good linear relationship in the 10 ～ 30 μg/ml,r=0.9994 （n=8）.The average recovery was 99.70%,RSD%=0.89 （n=9）.Conclusion：The method is rapid,easy,accurate,sensitive and so on.And it can be used to determine rapidly compounds＇ content.
