摘  要:近几年芜湖市的住宅房地产市场发展迅速,市场呈现出供需两旺的局面。但商品房价格涨幅惊人,中低等收入家庭难以承受过高的房价,与此同时,房地产价格的区位差异巨大。这些因素都在一定程度上影响了房地产市场的可持续发展。因此,从空间角度对芜湖市的住宅房地产市场所进行的研究,对促进芜湖市住宅房地产市场的平稳、健康发展具有重要现实意义。In the recent years,the dwelling real estate market of Wuhu has been developing fast;the amounts of both supply and demand are increasing.But families with middle and low income couldn't afford the too high housing price which has been soaring.At the same time,the location difference of the price is obvious.These factors exert influence on the sustainable development of the market in a way.So the study on the dwelling real estate market of Wuhu from spatial perspective is meaningful to keeping the market development stable and healthy.
