论高校民主管理的内涵、特点及其实现途径

摘　　要：文章认为,高校民主管理是指大学师生员工、各群体成员和民主管理机构对高校公共事务行使民主权力的制度和实践活动的总称。高校民主管理具有传统继承性、法律规定性、社会影响性和主体特殊性等四个主要特点。高校民主管理应通过教代会制度,教授治学以及发挥工会、共青团、学生会作用等途径来实现。The paper holds that the university democratic management means the system and practice for university teachers and students,members of various communities and the democratic management organization to exercise the democratic authority for the university public affairs.The university democratic management is characterized by traditional succession,legal stipulation,social impact and subjectival particularity.It should be realized through the teachers＇ representative committee system,professors＇ taking charge of academic study,and the roles played by trade union,Communist Youth League and student union.
