摘 要:研究了低压合成甲醇中Cu系催化剂共沉淀制备方法,沉淀剂对甲醇合成性能的影响,在空速12000h-1,压力50MPa下,Cu∶Zn∶Cr(45∶50∶5)催化剂的时空收率可达2.46ml甲醇/ml催化剂·h。Co的加入有利于提高共沉淀法制备的Cu、Zn、Al及Cu、Zn、Cr系催化剂的耐硫性能。The copper system catalystswere prepared by coprecipitation method. The influence of the copper content,the feed method and the precipitants on the activity of the catalysts was studied.The sulphidation-resistance of the catalysts was discussed. The experimental results showed that the high copper content increases the activity of the catalysts. It is in favor of the dispersion of active component that the precipitant and active components are fed at the same time. As a recipitant,NH 4HCO 3 can raise the activity of the catalysts. Besides,it can not pollute the catalysts. The addition of Co increases the sulphidation-resistance of the catalysts.
