摘　　要：JM系列隔振垫块是我国20世纪90年代初研制的用于"浮筑楼板"技术的新型隔振产品,首先用于广播电台和电视台的浮筑套房。目前已广泛应用于建筑、机械、交通等多个领域,是隔绝振动与固体声的理想产品。本文从产品的研究开发到工程实践进行了较为详尽的描述。The JM-Isolator,as one of the vibration isolation technology used in floating building floor,was developed in the early 1990s.It was first used by radio station and television station.Being a perfect product used to insulate vibration and solid-borne sound,now it is generally used in many industries such as architecture,machinery,and transportation.In paper,several aspects from research and development to engineering application are completely discussed.
