降压药物的睡前应用——根据血压波动规律调整用药时间

摘　　要：目的:探讨降压药睡前应用的可行性。方法:选取50例经一种降压药物非洛地平缓释片(波依定,阿斯利康制药有限公司)5mg晨服,经动态血压(ABPM)检测24h平均血压大于135mmHg/85mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),同时24h血压波动曲线呈反杓型的患者,随机分成两组,其中一组白天加服另一种降压药贝那普利(北京诺华制药有限公司)10mg晨服,另一组把加服药物贝那普利10mg放在睡前服用。结果:睡前服用药物组血压控制更为理想。结论:对于较顽固的高血压及夜间血压增高的患者,在给予长效降压药物的同时,于睡前加服一次的给药方法,能有效降压,并恢复正常的血压波动曲线。Objective：To study the possibility of hypotensor application at bedtime.Methods：We selected 50 patients who were not well controlled by the hypotensor felodipineveleasor,and classified them into two groups.One took the hypotensor benazepril in the day,the other took it at bedtime.Results：The group which took the hypotensor at bedtime was more ideal.Conclusion：The patients with stubborn high blood pressure at night took the long-acting drug,adding the other kind of hypotensor at bedtime simultaneously.By this means of taking medicine,their blood pressure could be well controlled and restore to the normal fluctuation wave.
