摘  要:以"皇家"(Picea pungens Majestic)、"森旺"(Picea pungens SanJuan)、"凯巴"(Picea pungens Kaibab)3个品系蓝云杉1年生幼苗为研究对象,进行了控制条件下的盆栽水分处理实验,并依照失水情况设定了5个水分梯度。通过测定各梯度下各品系幼苗的可溶性蛋白(Pr)质量分数、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度等生理指标,所得结果表明,沿着土壤水分缺失的进程,各品系蓝云杉的几种生理指标几乎表现出相同的变化趋势;在梯度Ⅰ(土壤含水量26.8%)下,"凯巴"的Pr、SOD、MDA均与其它2品系有显著差异(P<0.05);在梯度Ⅱ(土壤含水量20.8%)下,"凯巴"的SOD与其余2个品系差异显著(P<0.05),且3品系蓝云杉MDA差异均显著(P<0.05);从梯度Ⅲ(土壤含水量12.4%)开始,随着土壤干旱胁迫的逐渐加剧,"皇家"的Pr质量分数增长显著高于其它2个品系,其MDA质量摩尔浓度的变化与其余2个品系不同,表现出明显的先升后降的趋势。An experiment was conducted to study the effect of soil drought stress on the contents of dissoluble protein and Malon-dialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) of 1-year-old Pinus pungens seedlings of three strains, "Huangjia", "'Senwang", "Kaiba", under five natural moisture content gradients. Results showed that the tested indexes of the seedlings of three strains displayed similar changing trends with decreasing soil water content. Under the condition of gradient I ( moisture content of 26.8 percent), dissoluble protein, SOD and MDA of "Kaiba" were significantly higher than those of the other two strains (P〈0.05) ; under the condition of gradient II ( moisture content of 20.8 percent), SOD of "Kaiba" was also significantly higher than that of the others, and there was a significant difference in MDA content among the three strains. Under severe water stress (gradient III :moisture content of 12.4 percent), the dissoluble protein content of "Huangjia" was significantly higher than that of the other strains, and the MDA content of "Huangjia" increased first and then decreased while that of "Senwang" and "Kaiba" kept on declining with increasing soil water stress.
