摘  要:提出了本体取样法,即一项检验结构实体混凝土强度的新技术。该方法是介于无破损法和半破损法之间的一种检测方法,试件取自结构实体内部,浇注振捣成型及养护条件与结构实体完全相同,所测得的强度能够真实地反映结构实体的混凝土强度。将本体取样法得到的混凝土强度与传统方法得到的数据进行比较,从而得出本体取样检验混凝土强度的换算系数。实验结果得出,本工程标养试件强度与本体试件强度的折算系数为1.082,小于规范规定的标养试件强度与同条件养护试件强度的折算系数1.10,检验结果更加准确可靠。Noumenon sampling, a new detection technology for strength of structural concrete, is proposed. The detection method is a middle course between non-destructive testing and semi-destructive testing. The specimen is collected from the internal structure of mass concrete. Vibration casting and curing conditions are identical to those of mass concrete. The measured intensity can reflect the actual strength of structural concrete. A conversion coefficient could be obtained by comparing the concrete strength by the noumenon sampling with that by the traditional sampling method. Taking a constructional engineering as example, the conversion coefficient for concrete strength between the standard curing specimen and the structural concrete was 1. 082, which is less than the specification of conversion coefficient(1. 10) ; therefore, the test result by moumenon sampling is more accurate and reliable.
