摘 要:提出一种准无位置传感器控制方法,用于电动助力转向系统用永磁同步电机转矩的控制。该方法采用霍尔传感器对D状态观测器位置估算值进行校正和补充,省略了高分辨率位置传感器及信号处理电路,降低了硬件成本。通过D状态观测器和霍尔传感器两个位置估算值的信号冗余,提高了系统的可靠性。仿真结果表明:采用该控制方法使电机转矩波动指标达到电动助力转向系统的要求。A method of quasi sensorless control is proposed for the torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric power steering (EPS) system. The method uses Hall-effect sensor to correct and complement the estimation of position obtained from D-state observer with high resolution position sensor and signal processing circuits omitted and hence hardware cost reduced. Due to the signal redundancy of position estimations by both D-state observer and Hall-effect sensor, the reliability of the system is improved. Simulation results show that by using the control method the indicator of motor torque fluctuation meets the requirements of EPS.
