摘　　要：对改革开放30年来中国县级以上行政区专名的变更进行了系统研究,揭示了政区专名的变更特点和影响因素,指出更名中存在的主要问题,最后提出县级以上行政区专名变更的对策和建议.This paper studies the rename of the specific terms of the administrative districts above county level from a systematic perspective,and analyzes the characteristics and influencing factors of the specific terms rename.Finally,main problems existing in the process of the specific terms rename are identified,and countermeasures and corresponding suggestions are propored.
