摘　　要：为了解决倍捻纱表面毛羽较多、易起尘、捻度不匀等弊病,通过对原棉的选用、各工序工艺参数的配置和特殊工艺措施的运用,解决了生产CM9.7 tex×2(100%长绒棉)倍捻线的技术难题,达到了客户所要求的质量标准。The problem of more hairiness on the surface, easy to play dust and twist irregularity of double - twist yarn of CM9.7tex × 2 （ 100% long - staple cotton） is overcome in this paper by means of choosing raw cotton, allocating process parameters and using special technological measures in each process, and the made yarn reaches the quality standards required by the customers.
