摘　　要：纱线毛羽对纺织产品的质量、织造效率及生产环境危害较大,简要介绍了毛羽的基本概念和测试方法,分析了毛羽的成因和影响因素,通过生产实践,从纤维的物理性能、各工序的工艺参数设定以及纺纱器材状况3个方面制定了减少毛羽的技术措施,达到减少毛羽,提高成纱质量的目的。Yarn hairiness affects textile product quality, weaving efficiency and production environment greatly. Based on the basic concept of hairiness and its testing method, the causes and its effeeting factors of haifiness are analyzed. Technical measures to minimize hairiness and to improve the yarn quality are worked out through production practices in understanding physical properties of the fiber, optimizing each processing parameters as well as improving the status of spinning equipment and apparatus.
