摘　　要：采用纤维原料混和与条子混和并用的工艺流程开发出彩棉/天丝/竹浆纤维/绢丝混纺纱。针对不同纤维采用了不同的清棉及梳棉工艺,并条工序合理设置牵伸工艺,粗纱工序防止意外牵伸,细纱工序控制成纱条干均匀度,使该产品生产顺利,成纱质量得到保证。To develop color cotton/Tencel/bamboo spun silk blendecl yam, both raw fibre blending and sliver blending are adopted, different picking and carding processes are used for different fibres, proper drafting is set rationally in drawing process, additional drafting is avoided in roving process and yam evenness is to be comrolled in spinning process to make the yam successfully spun and the formed yam quality guaranteed.
