摘　　要：采用防缩羊毛和面料防缩处理工艺开发了可机洗羊毛粗纺面料,介绍了原料的选择、防缩羊毛的染色和面料防缩处理的工艺,防缩处理过程严格控制面料的pH值在7左右,在达到防缩要求的情况下应减少助剂用量,由此制得的全毛粗纺人字呢的机可洗性能达到了国际羊毛可机洗梭织产品的标准。Machine washable pure wool zigzag twill has been developed by using shrink resistant wool and shrink resistant treated fabric. In this paper are introduced the selection of raw material and the dyeing technology of shrink resistant wool and shrink resistant treated fabric. In shrink resistant treatment, the pH value of the fabric is strictly eontroUed to 7 with minimum use of additives. The pure wool zigzag twill produced reached the international standards of machine washable woven product in its machine washable performance.
