摘　　要：目的:通过检测不同方法处理的脱细胞犬气管基质在无载荷及零应力状态下的张开角和残余应变,并对组织工程化气管的力学性能进行初步探讨。方法:取犬的第5～10气管环,分别进行酶消化法和深低温冷冻法处理,测量制成的脱细胞犬气管基质与新鲜气管在无载荷及零应力下的张开角及残余应变。结果:新鲜犬气管的张开角大于2组脱细胞犬气管基质的张开角,其差异具有统计学意义。酶消化法脱细胞犬气管基质的张开角及残余应变大于深低温冷冻组,其差异具有统计学意义。结论:不同方法脱细胞处理后,犬气管的径向支撑性能将受到影响,其中酶消化法构建的组织工程气管基质抗压缩能力优于冷冻法处理组的气管基质。Objective To find the basic mechanical properties of tissue engineered trachea by detecting the opening angles and residual strains of acellular matrix of canine tracheas in the no-load and zero-stress states.Methods The 5th～10th tracheal rings below thyroid cartilage of canine were respectively treated with modified Courtman enzyme digest method and cryopreserved method.Then detect the opening angles and residual strains of these two acellular matrix groups and fresh trachea group in the no-load and zero-stress states.Results The opening angles of fresh trachea group were larger than those two acellular matrix groups with statistical difference.The opening angles and residual strains of modified Courtman method group were larger than cryopreserved method group with statistical difference.Conclusion Both modified Courtman method and cryopreserved method can influence the radial sustain of canine tracheas,the tissue engineered acellular matrix treated with modified Courtman has a better anti-compressibility than cryopreserved tracheal acellular matrix.
