3-甲氧基-甲亚胺H光度法测定化妆品中硼的研究及应用

摘　　要：研究了３－甲氧基－甲亚胺Ｈ与硼的显色反应。在乙酸－乙酸铵缓冲溶液中，硼与３－甲氧基－甲亚胺Ｈ形成１２的黄色配合物，最大吸收在４２０ｎｍ波长处，摩尔吸光系数为７．１９×１０３，ｓａｎｄｅｌ灵敏度为０．００１５μｇ／ｃｍ２。当每２５ｍＬ硼含量在０μｇ～３５μｇ范围内符合比耳定律，应用于化妆品中硼的测定获得满意的结果。hydroxy 3 methoxybenzylidene amino) 8 hydroxynaphalene 3 6 disulphonic acid is a sensitive new chromogenic reagent for Boron.In this work,its reaction with B has been studied.In a NH 4Ac HAc buffer medium of pH=5.7,B(Ⅲ) reacts with 1 (2 hydroxy 3 methoxybenzylidene amino) 8 hydroxynaphalene 3 6 disulphonic acid to form a 1∶2 yellow complex,a maximum absorption at 420nm.Its molar absorptivity is 7.19×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,Sandell's sensitivity is 0.0015μg/cm 2,Beer's law is obeyed for 0μg～35μg B(Ⅲ)in 25mL.This method has been applied to the determination of B in cosmetics.The results are satisfactory.
