摘　　要：对11家在湘鄂渝黔边具有代表性的旅游投资企业进行了投资软环境情况调查。通过SPSS软件进行数据分析,采取模糊综合评价法对湘鄂渝黔边旅游投资软环境情况进行评价。结果表明,湘鄂渝黔边政府急需重视市场环境的建设,持续加强对政务环境的建设,继续加强政策法规环境的建设,重视社会人文环境的后续建设。This paper inquiried the soft environment investment of eleven representational tourism investment companies in the Border Region of Xiang,Er,Yu,and Qian,adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the soft environment of tourism investment in the border region of Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou.By SPSS software for data analysis,the result showed that the government of Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou must put much-needed attention to the construction of the market environment,strengthen the sustainable construction of administrative environment,continue to strengthen the construction of the policy and regulatory environment,emphasis on follow-up building of social and human environment.
